Born Albert Einstein, Brooks changed his name to avoid the obvious joke and built a career as one of American comedy's sharpest satirists, writing, directing, and starring in Modern Romance, Lost in America, and Defending Your Life. His performance in Broadcast News earned an Academy Award nomination, and his turn as a menacing crime boss in Drive won some of the best reviews of his career. He is also the voice of Marlin, the anxious clownfish father in Finding Nemo and Finding Dory.
