A multimedia artist who works across photography, hairstyling, and textile craft, best known for elaborately staged self-portraits and handmade lampshades exhibited as sculptural objects. She has published two books on hair and makeup styling, and in 2024 released the memoir Men Have Called Her Crazy, about her experience with depression and a stay in a psychiatric facility.
