Aron Eisenberg played the Ferengi character Nog across all seven seasons of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and later voiced the role again for the game Star Trek Online. Born with only one partially functioning kidney, a condition that limited his height, he received his first transplant at 14 and a second in 2015 after being diagnosed with kidney failure that same year. Alongside acting, he worked as a professional photographer and opened his own gallery.
