Rose from teen sitcom actor to studio chief, eventually running Nickelodeon, then Paramount Pictures, and finally serving as co-CEO of Paramount Global from 2024 to 2025 — overseeing the company's film, animation and licensing operations through its merger with Skydance Media. After leaving Paramount, he founded Big Shot Pictures in 2026 with backing from Sony Pictures, returning to independent production after more than two decades inside the studio system.
