C. H. Greenblatt

Created Cartoon Network's Chowder and Nickelodeon's Harvey Beaks, and later developed Jellystone!, an animated reimagining of Hanna-Barbera characters for HBO Max — three shows built on the same loose, gag-driven visual style he first developed as a writer and animator on SpongeBob SquarePants and The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. His work draws openly on influences from Tex Avery to Akira Toriyama, a mix that shows in animation's willingness to break its own rules for a joke.
