Daveed Diggs originated the dual roles of Lafayette and Thomas Jefferson in Hamilton, winning a Tony Award and a Grammy with the cast album, before writing, producing, and starring in Blindspotting (2018), which he developed into its own television series. He also fronts the experimental hip-hop group Clipping and has built a prolific voice-acting career, from Soul to The Little Mermaid.
