A British comedian and actor best known for playing the hapless BBC executive Tony Hayers opposite Steve Coogan in the Alan Partridge franchise, Schneider has built an equally substantial career as a writer, co-writing the screenplay for Armando Iannucci's The Death of Stalin. He also co-founded the social media agency That Lot in 2014, sold to Weber Shandwick in 2018, and has made BBC Radio 4 documentaries exploring his own Yiddish heritage.
