Eve Pollard

Eve Pollard edited two of Britain's biggest Sunday tabloids, the Sunday Mirror and the Sunday Express, in an era when Fleet Street's editorial ranks were overwhelmingly male. She went on to found Women in Journalism in 1992, became the first chair of Reporters Without Borders UK, and was appointed OBE in 2008 for services to journalism.
