A musician and songwriter who fronted Ezra Furman and the Harpoons before building a prolific solo catalogue running from Day of the Dog through the widely praised Transangelic Exodus and 2022's All of Us Flames, restlessly mixing punk, doo-wop, and glam influences. Her music has scored all four seasons of the Netflix series Sex Education, bringing her raw, theatrical songwriting to a much wider audience than her earlier cult following.
