An actor who built a career on warmth rather than flash: the folksy DJ Chris Stevens on Northern Exposure, Aidan Shaw across two decades of Sex and the City and its sequel And Just Like That..., and a recurring role in the My Big Fat Greek Wedding films. Alongside acting he pursued a country music career, releasing two studio albums, with 2006's John Corbett reaching the Billboard Country Albums chart.
