John Pleshette

Best known for playing Richard Avery across the long-running television drama Knots Landing, John Pleshette also wrote for the show, giving him a hand in both shaping and performing the series during the 1980s. He separately took on the role of Lee Harvey Oswald in the television film The Trial of Lee Harvey Oswald, one of the more unusual assignments an actor can be handed.
