Mae Questel

A vaudeville impressionist who became the voice behind two of early animation's defining characters, Betty Boop from 1931 and Olive Oyl from 1933, giving both their distinctive squeaky cadences. She worked steadily for decades after, closing her career with a memorable late role as Aunt Bethany in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (1989).
