American comedian, actor, and media personality

Marc Maron turned a two-man podcast recorded in his garage into a cultural institution: WTF with Marc Maron ran for sixteen years and included a 2010 conversation with Louis C.K. rated the best podcast episode ever by Slate, and two sit-downs with Barack Obama -- one in 2015, and the finale in 2025, making a former president the show's bookend guest. Long before that, he appeared on Late Night with Conan O'Brien more than forty times, more than any other stand-up comedian.
