Maurice Saatchi, Baron Saatchi

A British businessman who, with his brother Charles, co-founded Saatchi & Saatchi, the advertising agency whose "Labour Isn't Working" campaign for Margaret Thatcher's Conservatives in 1979 became one of the most studied political ads of the twentieth century and helped turn the firm into a global agency network. After leaving the company amid a boardroom dispute, he co-founded M&C Saatchi, building a second major advertising house, and later sat in the House of Lords.
