Nicole Perlman

Nicole Perlman co-wrote Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), the film that took Marvel's most obscure property — a talking raccoon and a walking tree among its leads — and turned it into one of the studio's most beloved franchises. She went on to contribute the story for Captain Marvel (2019) and to co-write Pokémon Detective Pikachu (2019), building a career translating unlikely source material into mainstream hits.
