Sam Levinson

Sam Levinson created Euphoria, adapting an Israeli series into an HBO teen drama that became a defining and widely debated show of its era, and later created The Idol (2023), which drew sharply negative reviews. The son of director Barry Levinson, he began as a screenwriter before directing his own features, including Assassination Nation and Malcolm & Marie.
