Scarlett Johansson built two careers at once: the arthouse actress of Lost in Translation and Girl with a Pearl Earring, and the action star who played Natasha Romanoff across eight Marvel films over more than a decade. In 2019 she received simultaneous Oscar nominations for Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress, for two different films released the same year — a rare feat. Her films have grossed over $15 billion worldwide, making her the second-highest-grossing actor in film history.
