Tony Martin

Born Alvin Morris, Martin built a singing and acting career that spanned more than seventy years, scoring hits from the late 1930s through the mid-1950s including "I Love Paris" and "Stranger in Paradise." He was married to actress and dancer Cyd Charisse for sixty years, from 1948 until her death in 2008, a rare Hollywood marriage that outlasted the era that made both of them famous.
