Drew Pinsky, known as Dr. Drew, hosted the radio call-in show Loveline for more than three decades starting in 1984, bringing an addiction-medicine perspective to call-in advice about sex and relationships. He went on to host HLN's Dr. Drew On Call and to produce and star in VH1's Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew and its spin-offs, drawing on his background as an internist and staff physician in chemical dependency services, and continues to practice internal medicine in South Pasadena.
